By accessing or using the EduVista Canada website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

EduVista Canada provides online language instruction in English and French for adults and newcomers to Canada. Our services include:

• Language placement testing
• Online language courses (A1-C2 levels)
• Certified instructor-led sessions
• Course completion certificates

3. No Guarantees

Important: EduVista Canada makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• Specific learning outcomes or results
• Employment opportunities or job placement
• Immigration or visa application success
• Performance on external language proficiency tests

Your success depends on many factors including effort, attendance, prior knowledge, and individual circumstances.

4. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Attend scheduled classes and complete assignments
• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Not share course materials without authorization
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms, course fees, and refund policies will be provided separately upon enrollment. The free placement test does not obligate you to enroll in paid courses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and course resources provided by EduVista Canada are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Certificates

Course completion certificates are issued for educational purposes only. They indicate completion of our curriculum at a specific CEFR level but are not equivalent to official language proficiency certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, TEF, or DELF.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduVista Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
